Existing DO storage tanks No. 6 ' 7 (2 x 4000 m3) to be converted from DO to Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) including new power house (2 x 280 kW including LV generator and pump house switchgear with related underground cables), HFO pumping & piping systems and construction of a new fuel barge for HFO delivery.
Due to time constraints the design was changed again for the first step of implementation. OLP performed re-design, design approval and site supervision for the following: HFO conversion of tanks 6&7, erection of 1 product settling tank, HFO and sludge unloading and loading / transfer system to inner and outer jetty with vacuum tank for tank cleaning, installation of LV switchgear, control & power cables.
